You can receive your finished packages, products, and photos in several ways. In some locations, we also provide free personal pickup, and in addition to the most convenient courier option, you can also choose the classic, more affordable mail option under the following conditions:

The shipping cost is always paid by the customer.
Some products in the webshop can only be shipped safely by personal pickup or courier.
We can only ship by post (except cash on delivery) if both the product price and shipping cost have been paid.
For courier service, 7 days, for Post, maybe will take a bit more time until the package arrives to you. Personal pickup requires an appointment.

The question often arises during hospital photo shoots about when to pay for the ordered photos. Free photography and one gift photo are due to every mom. You don't have to pay for the photography or the gift photo delivered the next day, under any circumstances. If you decide to order from the finished photos as a keepsake or for the family, you don't have to pay the price of the product signed by the baby photographer on the day of the photo shoot (only if you want to). During the photo shoot, we also show what photos are being taken, and with us, you can safely pay for the products upon pickup, when you already have the finished package and photos in your hands. So you really only have to pay if you like what we've created for you!
If baby supplies and expenses around birth have slightly emptied the family budget, don't despair! During the photo shoot, ask your baby photographer, and they will come up with a personalized payment solution. This way you won't miss out on hospital promotional prices either, as they are only valid for 30 days from birth! You can read more about our proven payment methods here:
Cash on personal pickup
This is how most payments happen with us, as we meet most moms at the hospital. The order can be picked up in person at the hospital where the photography took place, or at our Budapest office. In both cases, payment in cash is possible. We appreciate if you come prepared with the exact amount.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is only possible for courier delivery. In this case, the product price and added shipping cost must be paid to the courier upon package arrival.
Online card payment
In our webshop, you can now pay safely and conveniently with a bank card, the technical background of which is provided by Barion Payment Zrt. Accepted bank cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro or American Express. More details about Barion: https://www.barion.com/hu/
Using this payment method is very simple, consisting of just 2 quick steps, which is completely free/fee-free. The system doesn't differ much from the usual card payment system. You select the Card payment option on the order placement page. After placing the order, the system redirects you to the Barion payment gateway page, where you need to enter your usual card details (card number, expiration, CCV code, email address) and click the Payment button. After that, the system deducts the order amount from your card, like an average card payment, and redirects you back to the webshop, where you can then review your order details. This completes your order with card payment.
Advance transfer
With us, you don't have to pay for any product in advance, especially not before the photo shoot. We believe this is the most correct way of service. However, there are cases when this might be the most convenient solution for you.
You can pay by advance transfer in all cases. If you pick up the package in person, either at the hospital or at the Budapest office, then you don't have to pay in cash when receiving the product. If you request courier delivery, after transferring the product+shipping cost, you only need to sign for receipt at the courier, no need to pay. For postal delivery, the shipping cost is lower, but this service doesn't include cash on delivery, so the product price and shipping cost must be transferred in advance.
When transferring, the following information is necessary so we can match the incoming amount to the order. Please make sure that in the comment field you always include the baby's name and the name of the hospital where they were born. If you don't pick up the product in person, the shipping cost must always be added to the product price and transferred together.
We check transfers daily, and after the appropriate amount arrives, the product can be picked up in person or we begin shipping. We can only ship by post and send packages by courier (except cash on delivery) if both the product price and shipping cost have been paid.

Advance payment in cash
With us, you don't have to pay for any product in advance, not before the photo shoot. We believe this is the most correct way of service. However, if it's more convenient for you, you can pay the product and possible shipping cost in person, in advance, or even on the day of the photo shoot.
